Turbocharger surging/charge air cooler problem - Help!

• Hi guys,

  I am working with a shipowner who has a problem with turbocharger surging. Apparently this engine has two turbochargers fitted. I understand one air cooler has recently been replaced by a company in scandanavia, but i am not sure of the exact pressure drop readings.

  does anyone have an idea if this new cooler could be the cause of this problem?
