5000KW CX40DF Engines for Sale; China's 1st Low-Speed LNG DF Marine Engine; Otto Cycle Engine

I'm so glad to share that CX40DF has been delivered and put into application.  

As the authorized sales representative in overseas markets, BFMP is very proud to announce that this model is currently the world’s smallest bore marine low-speed dual fuel engine (Otto cycle) engine, using natural gas as the main fuel, compared with diesel engines, carbon emissions are reduced by more than 20%.  

X40DF has been approved by 8 classification societies with great advantages:

Longer intervals between overhauls and low maintenance costs: the overhaul period is 32000h
Reduction of energy consumption in gas mode by 3%
Reduction of fuel consumption in diesel mode by up to 5%
Reduction of methane slip up to 50%

X40DF is not only suitable for gas carrier, liquid carrier, container ship and dry bulk carrier of
10,000-30,000 tons class, but also a good opportunity for land power plant.
