This unit is not a fully equipped drill rig; it lacks the derrick, well control, and drilling apparatus. Consequently, it may be utilized as a well service rig or other similar  platform, or alternatively, retrofitted with the necessary derrick and drilling equipment, including mud pumps, shale shakers, rotary table and auxiliary apparatus, etc...

Currently, the unit is considered  a jack-up rig without a derrick and is  would serve well as a well service platform. The addition of a derrick, well control, and drilling equipment would incur additional costs.

The unit, built in approximately 2023, was originally intended for another buyer who opted not to proceed with the purchase. It remains in the possession of the original building yard and will require activation (i.e. added costs). The installation of a derrick and drilling equipment could potentially be completed by the yard within 50-90 days following the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and the payment of a non-refundable deposit.
