BPS-2 gets first oil, Belarus deliveries seen in Oct

Russia's pipeline monopoly, Transneft (TRNF_p.MM: Quote) is starting to fill the second phase of the Baltic Pipeline System and will likely deliver the first oil via BPS-2 to Belarus

in October, its spokesman said on Monday.
Export loadings from BPS-2 in the port of Ust-Luga are likely to begin in late November or early December, Transneft spokesman Igor Dyomin said.
Dyomin said Transneft was filling the pipeline with its own crude resources, without making purchases on Russia's domestic market.
