Brand new Yamaha 200HP 4-Stroke Outboard Motor Engine

It is clear this is a fraud.  I have been trying to get my motor from El- Aspire for Iverson 6 weeks.  I keep getting told to send more money.  It is stuck in customs and a demarcated charge.  This is fraud and I am going to make sure the US government knows it.  I need to get all.my Laney back or the motor.  I paid all required money's as invoiced.  Then was asked for more and sent some and then more has been asked.
