ASPL is manufacture blowers for various applications like paper mill, salt plant, power plant, cement plant, chemical industries, steel plant, gas plant, ceramic industries, air conditioning & ventilation systems.

We provide fans in different materials like MS, MS+RL, MS+FRP, MS+PP, SS-304, SS-316, SS-202, SS-409,

TITANIUM ETC.

We have the sufficient necessary infrastructure for the manufacturing blowers and other equipments. We are able to arrange for inspection of manufacturing process & performance test as per IS- 4894. We would like to inform you that we can do dynamic balancing of impeller at our premises as per ISO-1940-1943 up to Grade 2.5. In particular, our Company is similar enough to have provided an excellent technical work experience in

INDUSTRIAL FANS & BLOWER DESIGN, calculating each and every component, Drawing General Assembly, Individual Component Drawing, in 2D & 3D, Shop floor supervision, and final inspection.

ACCESSORIES - When specified, accessories such as access doors, drain connection, inlet and outlet flanges, belt guard, shaft and bearing guards, inlet & outlet dampers, IGV damper, inlet & outlet flexible connection, split casing for higher size fan, cooling disc, stuffing box, water cooled Plummer block for tempreturised fan, slide rail for belt driven fan, shaft coolers shall be provided by us.

VFD operated control panel, Flow & pressure measuring meter, digital anemometer for velocity measurement ,digital tachometer, digital meter for vibration measurement, set of wattmeter, electrical parameters measuring instrument, temp. measuring instrument.
