We are M/s. Morya Engine Sales & Service Company, a TEAM of enthusiastic and dynamic technocrats involved in providing  Service, Maintenance & Repairs Diesel Engines from various manufacturers across different models in the Marine as well land based industries.

Our Team brings with us rich experience & knowledge of more than 25 years in field of services, sales for Wartsila, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Man B&W, Rolls Royce, Deutz 4 stroke diesel engines.

We have our works and office conveniently located at Turbhe an upcoming industrial hub in Navi Mumbai. Our workshop is equipped with all the essential equipments required to service your engines within the shortest possible time and at  the best price especially during these days of tight cost controls and budgetary constraints.

• 1000 Kw engine block boring machine inhouse
• Numerous Measuring tools and instruments

Our Service Team with vast experience and high skills is equipped with all the required special maintenance tools for carrying the service of a wide range of engines mentioned above. We have one of the best talents in the industry working for us and having a long term association with us. They have undergone the best of the training on various engines both at the facilities as well as on the job. This renders them confident enough to handle toughest of situations in minimal time. Our focus is on providing Quality work at minimal time to the Client.

Our Service Team is equipped with the following tools:

• Magnetic Particle Induction ( MPI) tool,
• Liner honing machine
• Portable seat cutting / grinding machine
• Piston reconditioning
• Block line boring

We are also well equipped to carry out reconditioning of Connecting rods. We have successfully carried out this for various clients in the Marine industry.

We are proud to inform you that we have also forayed into providing services for CPP related jobs including tailshaft repairs and seal renewals and Propeller repairs, Bow / Stern Thruster related jobs including complete overhaul and repairs, we have highly specialized and skilled team for these jobs.

Achievements:

• Our latest achievement has been to provide one our clients with indigenously made PLCs for their engine controls. These PLCs replaced the OEM’s PLC(  of Wartsila & Deutz by our PLC for engine control.

• Our team successfully replaced boiler tubes  on a tanker in foreign waters.

• Overhaul of KRMB9 and CAT 3406 engines for a client in Mumbai within the timeframe required by the client.

• We have overhauled WARTSILA 12 V 32 LN for an International client on their vessel.

• Our team of experts have successfully completed  renewal of crankshaft for an MAN B & W 28/32H. This engine was on a Offshore Supply Vessel in Indian Waters.

•  Renewal of crankshaft for MAN B & W 23 30 engine.

• Reconditioning of piston ring grooves by CO2 welding and chrome plating for DEUTZ SBV series engines.

• We are proud to announce that we have successfully carried out annealing of crank pin for a DEUTZ SBV series engine wherein the hardness values were found to be much higher than acceptable limits. After the process the desired harness values were achieved.

• On the industrial side, we have carried out installation and commissioning in power plant of a 2000 KVA generator ( CAT)

Sales of Spares:

We are able to assist our clients in meeting their requirement of spares for a wide range of make and model of engines. With our vast experience in sourcing,we are able to provide our clients with the best options available at most competent price.

Other Services being provided to other Industries / in Marine field:

We have Operation & Maintenance contracts with our clients in INDIA for a 6 MW power plant. We are currently managing  two sites for our clients wherein all the Operations and Maintenance is carried out by team of trained personnel.

We provide services to clients for shifting their power plants between locations. We cater to a wide range right from 1 MW to 50 MW.

We do provide services to help the client design a complete power plant with our experience in the field.

We provide Skilled manpower to the demanding Marine industry within short notice.

We are also actively participating in various government tenders for Mechanical , Electrical & Civil jobs.

Rental Services:

We are equipped to provide Diesel power generating plants ranging from 5 KVA to 500 Kw of Eicher & Sonalika make engines coupled with alternator of Crompton Greaves on rental basis. We have quite a few clients in the textile industry and are also looking to partner with the Marine industry to meet the cleint’s requirement when the vessel is laid up or in drydock.
