1.       Consultant for Troubleshooting    

   Our professional engineers are at your disposal by phone or email, to correct malfunction in cooperation with You and Your crew. Sometimes a small, but experienced advice is helpful to avoid breakdown, or at least keep the system running, until replacement or service are available.

2.       Service on board 

-  If your vessel requires an engineer on board to carry out the professional maintenance work; system inspection and overhaul when your engine has been running more than 3 years; solve the existing device malfunction; Or special training about device operation and maintenance to new crews

3.       Spare parts supply  

Our store could meet request for 95% of our normal Oil Mist Detector spare parts, and always keep updating with our head office in Germany; could deliver your requested parts through professional logistics companies within 1 or 2 working days.

4.       Design and offer for Crankcase Oil Mist Detector new installation and retrofitting

We can provide OMD installation design and application service for any type of engine to make your engine meet the rules of SOLAS and fulfill the requirement of IACS M10/M67  When you feel tiresome about endless device failure alarm, “fake” high oil mist alarm and spare parts consumption with other type of oil mist detector system, we can offer the retrofitting service - replace them with Schaller Visatron’s product, which has steady functionality, longer lifetime, less maintenance work and spare parts consumption.
