Please advise :

  1. Year of manufacture and working condition?
  2. Is a mechanical inspection report available for the bucking unit / HPU and WinCatt display?
  3. Does the unit have current factory certification / factory handbook? 
  4. Does the unit have standard tong dies / soft dies for bucking up different size tubulars?
