here is details of required units for tender:
Contract period 5+2 years chopt, starts July 2014
Operation place: open lower Baltic sea waters.
- Multi role vessel (MRV)
- operation role
Assisting the mooring/unmooring and hose handling of the crude oil tankers at SPM
Acting as pull back tug throughout the tanker loading / discharging operation at the SPM
Emergency standby role for the crude oil tanker
Oil polution response
Fire fighting response
Ice management at the loading facilities
Maintenance of the offshore loading facilities
Maintenance of offshore navigation aids
Acting as a diving support vessel
Transport of personnel from shore to the SPM and tanker
Visual security / safety of the SPM water zone
- Age max 10 years from commencement of the contract
- Bollard pull min 55 tonnes ahead and astern mode
- Speed 12 knots at calm weather
- FiFi 1 with foam storage tank abt 25 m3
- Ice classed
- Endurance for min 15 days
- during charter period vessel must be registred under local flag or other EU country
- hull deck requirement
deck designed for 5 t/m2 load
clear deck lenght min 12-15 m for handling of 12 m long hoses
- twin screw with two main engines
- bow thruster or vessel fitted with azimuth propulsion system
- spark arrestors in exhaust systems required
- vessel fitted with all arround fender system
- vessel must be able accomodate additional to crew members 12 people if nessesary as divers, repair men and etc
- Working deck must be sufficient for storage of oil pollution response equipment, diving equipment with decompression chamber and clear space for hoses
- ship crane - hydraulic deck crane on the aft deck min 10 tonnes and 5 tonnes at extreme reach
- vessel required with four point mooring system for the diving operations.
- line handling system has to be hydraulic, high speed, single drum line handling winch
- vessel equiped with stern towing winch for hadling tankers up to 150.000 dwt.
- Tugger winch x 2 units, 8-10 tones each.

Pilot boat duties
Transferring personnel between shore and SPM, tankers and MRV
Assist the mooring of the tankers to the SPM
Taking the floating hose to the tanker manifold once mooring is completed
Provide continuous all round protection against trespassing of the SPM waters as well as oil spill watch during the cargo transfer.
Assist with the maintenance duties of the offshore facilities
Assist the MRV in oil pollution response
Provide pull back to the tanker when the MRV is not available.
Provide additional emergency response capability - fire fighting, towing.

- vessel equiped with stern towing winch. capacity of winch and towing wire is to be commensurate with Bollard Pull of TSV.
