For Sale: Passenger RoRo Car Ferry MV "New Dong Chun"

We can develop the sales of following vessel for sales. 

Now the vessel is open for auction sales from Korean Court and the vessel has been laid up at Dockyard, Yeosu, S. Korea for abt. 2 years after her repairing works completed. However, since the dockyard has occupied the vessel, it is very hard for the buyers to take the delivery of the vessel from dockyard without paying outstanding repair cost(amount to USD 3.0 mil and it will be additional cost separately from the court auction price) to the yard even though the buyers secured the vessel from the court with the court sales permission award. 

The buyers may have to proceed another lawsuit with dockyard in Korea, which will make the buyers to pay additional money and time. 

So in this case, the easiest way we can recommend is to deal with dockyard, which we can directly discuss with. Since dockyard has plan to buy the vessel from the court auction and sell her to keen , sincere buyers.
