We export agro products and import A4-size copy paper. this FNJ CLASSIC UNIPESSOAL LDA, LISBON, has cheated us. A 30% advance payment of 1170/- us dollars was made for the import of A4 size paper from Lisbon Portugal, dated 27/11/24 till now the Manager Mr Alvaro Bolota Horta is not responded for one month he has said there has been no vessel available but after that, till now he is saying the same thing he cheated me from which I had a heavy loss in my business this fraud Alvaro had made a fraud site in the name PORTLINE MSC SHIPPING LINE to cheat others his way of cheating is to get advance payment and then will not ship the goods. I have demanded to return the advance payment for that also he is not responding. on behalf of myself FIEO (Federation of Indian Exporters Organisation). I am a member of FIEO has sent mail to return the advance payment or ship the goods for which this thief is silent and not responding even FIEO has written to the EMBASSY OF INDIA about this matter they have informed FIEO that they have received a complaint from other Indian importers about getting advance payment and cheating by not sending the goods. Maybe they are now pretending to be saints, serious. They will rob you at any moment. Maybe they sold you some cheap product and made a delivery and now, to try to show that they are serious, they will soon give you an invoice for many EUROS and then they will disappear.
