- vessel required with four point mooring system for the diving operations.
- line handling system has to be hydraulic, high speed, single drum line handling winch
- vessel equiped with stern towing winch for hadling vessels up to 150.000 dwt.

 wire is to be commensurate with Bollard Pull of tugboat.
