TOR’s.
1. If bidder found any ambiguity in part nos., it should be cleared prior to bid opening date. Any revision in part nos. must be supported with documentation from the OEM.
2. Parts must be in original OEM Packing and must be new & free from any defect and must have standard OEM warranty/guarantee.
3. In case of superseded parts, then supporting documentation from OEM must be provided along the technical bid.
4. Only genuine spares are required. In case, equivalent part nos./descriptions quoted, certificate from M/s Jenbacher (OEM) must be provided with the technical bid, clearly mentioning that the quoted spares are same in form, fit, function etc. as of the original requirement. Moreover, Bidders quoting parts of equivalent brands / make should provide/submit minimum three (03) sale records (unpriced PO copies) of E&P Companies for supply of the spares of Jenbacher Spares other than in the manufacturing country. Copies of purchase Order (unpriced) must also be provided. The certificate(s) / sale record is mandatory and due to non-submission thereof, the bid will be rejected.
5. Confirm Delivery time / Price validiy & payment terms.
6. Confirm & mention the H.S Codes of quoted parts.
7. Confirm brand / origin & manufacturer name.
