3. Boat Material: - Buoyancy tubes and floor are made form a material comprising a
polyamide interlayer coated on the inner surface with neoprene and its outer surface with neoprene
hypalon. Material conforms to international specification ISO 15372. The stern of the boat formed by a
transom shell be made of marine plywood on which OBM can be mounted.

4. Buoyancy tubes: - the Buoyancy tube is divided into three independent compartments,
having almost equal volume. Each chamber is provided with an inflation / deflation valve. A molded
neoprene rubbing strake is fitted throughout the buoyancy tube for protection against abrasion during
operation.

5. Deck: - the Decking is manufactured from aluminum. Floor board is further supported
by extruded aluminum profiles at the boarders for stability. Deck need to be antiskid and consist of
Four to Five parts.

6. Lifting Arrangement: -the boat should be suitable for single point lifting by attaching lifting
sling using a deck crane. Two lifting rings are provided at the front portion below the buoyancy tubes
and other two are fitted on transom.

7. Transom: - The Transom is manufactured form marine grade plywood. Additionally coated
with FRP at all exposed surface for weather protection. Height of the transom is suitable for short
shaft outboard engine . Transom is supported inside by aluminum engine mounting plate protection
pad is fitted externally and two drain valves at bottom. Two nos. eye bolts for the stern towing and
two nos. eye bolts for lifting and identification plate.

8. Stowage Bag: - Stowage bag for small items such as repair kit etc. is attached in the
bow portion for easy accessibility.

9. Oars: - 02 nos. oars are located in holders on the upper surface of the buoyancy tube.
