Russia: Rosimushchestvo to Sell State-owned Murmansk Fishing Port


Federal State Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo) announced an auction for the sale of a 100% state-owned stake in Murmansk Sea Fishing Port JSC (MMRP), Rosimushchestvo said.

The agency plans to auction off 4,752,760 ordinary shares in uncertificated form (state registration number 1-02-03 729-D dated August 5, 2010). SOB is RUB 1.15 billion, bid step is 30 million rubles.

Deadline for submission of bids is Sep. 23, 2011.

OJSC Murmansk Sea Fishing Port specializes in handling cargo from fishing boats, mother ships and reefer ships. In 2010, MMRP cargo throughput was 305,800 tons.

1 150 000 000 Russian rubles = 39.8222 million U.S. dollars
