SHIPS SPARE PARTS LTD(SSP LTD) - FRAUD COMPANY

We Caution you about Greek trading company named :  SHIP SPARE PARTS LTD.  (SSP) - Mr. GEORGE YANAKOPOULOS -  Email: sales@ship-partrs.com  -  Mob: 30-69473 16828  is a FRAUD company.Mr. GEORGE YANAKOPOULOS is an extremly notorious person.

This company has cheated us and other two many suppliers by sending FAKE payment transfer copy.

SSP send purchase order and commit payment against copy of BL.  When shipment is about to reach Greece, SSP is sending FAKE payment transfer copy (which is not actual but just a bogus copy prepared by himself). Then SSP try with supplier to release shipment to him. Some suppliers trusted his copy and released shipment but never got payment in bank.  We also received FAKE payment copy which is attached herewith and payment never received.

Such  FRAUD and CRIMINAL minded people spoil reputation of whole Greek community. In such difficult financial time for Greece, such incidence will increase difficulty to make trustworthy business between suppliers and Greek purchasers.

Following companies are cheated by SSP recently and all have received fake transfer copies.

(1) Padmavati Global : Delivered Goods of 23400 USD, Send fake remittance copy and got goods released from Piraeus Port.

(2) MICS IMPEX PVT LTD : Goods delivered to port, received fake remittance for 25% and money never credited.

(3) GOODING MARINE SERVICE CO., LIMITED: they order L23/30 connect rod US$ 4414.00 on 13th Sept. 2011, and send the FAKE bankslip to us,  then we arrange the shipment,  but till to now no received money.

4)Shanghai Fangtang International Trade Co.,Ltd:Delivered Goods of 40000.00 USD, Send fake remittance copy and got goods released from Piraeus Port.

 In spite of apologizing,  SSP has threatened all above suppliers, including me, by mail to create problems with our entry in Greece and to damage us if we visit Greece next time. This is absolutely not tolerable.   

We all are announcing worldwide and informing to whole marine community about fraud by SSP to prevent other suppliers. We request all the companies in Greece, India, Bangladesh, China, Korea and elsewhere not to trust SSP ever for any kind of business.
