Top Ship Buys Eco-Type Vessel

Top Ship, a shipping company from Greece, has entered into a contract to buy a medium- range tanker, currently under construction at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea.

It has been reported that the company will allocate $37m for this 50,000-dwt eco-type vessel, which will be paid upon delivery in the first quarter of 2015.
