The two chemical tankers will join Chronos8 Pool, the company said on Friday.
UACC Manama, built in 2010 is slated for delivery in May 2014, whereas the delivery of UACC Shamiya, built in 2011, will follow two months later, in July.
The two tankers have 45,000-dwt and were built in Korea.
The fleet expansion, goes in line with the recent market developments, as the company is experiencing robust demand growth for chemical tankers, and it expects an acceleration of demand growth from 2015 onwards, initially from the Middle East producers.
