The government of Ecuador needs the rental or sale of electricity generation barges with its own anchorage, to be able to solve the 750 MW deficit in Ecuador. They have these barges for rent or sale and what capacity.

And do you probably want to run on HFO?
One power barge can never be 750 MW. You need several.
I see only Karadeniz as a solution until you build a new power plant
