The government of Ecuador needs the rental or sale of electricity generation barges with its own anchorage, to be able to solve the 750 MW deficit in Ecuador. They have these barges for rent or sale and what capacity.

I have a Mitsubishi 750MW gas turbine New and Unused in storage in USA. Combined cycle, dual fuel, 50 or 60Hz. Once ordered, power generation in 6 months. We also have 25MW and 31MW FT8 MOBILEPACs available.
It will be very complicated to install 750MW on barges on short notice.

And do you probably want to run on HFO?
One power barge can never be 750 MW. You need several.
I see only Karadeniz as a solution until you build a new power plant
