1) Shipping Term –  (KINDLY INCLUDE SEA/AIR FREIGHT CHARGES, IF ANY).

2) Payment Term – 15/30/45/90 days upon receive of invoice.

3) Delivery Lead Time - kindly state in your quotation clearly as this is very essential.

4) Where applicable, all payments to Contractor shall be subjected to the withholding tax requirements under the Malaysia Income Tax Act 1967.

5) E.A TECHNIQUE (M) BHD reserve the right to split the order, in the event the supplier disagree with this term then please state clearly in the quotation that only full order is acceptable or please state MOQ.
