we are selling my ongoing 1x120MW Thermal power project

Proponent: M/s Dr.Ramakrishna Prasad Power Pvt Ltd.
Location: Sriramachandrapur Mouza, Chatrapur Tahsil, (6 kms from Chatrapur, 20 kms from Berhampur, 40 kms from Itchapuram – Andhra Pradesh). The proposed plant site is 3 km from Gopalpur port. Nearest Airport is Bhubaneswar about 150 kms from proposed site.
Capacity: 120 MWe
Fuel proposed: proposed blend of 70% imported coal, 30% washery rejects. MOU with the coal washery namely Global coal and mining Pvt Ltd. Firm tie up with reputed coal importing companies.
Clearances/ NOC: High powered single window committee (SLSWCA) chaired by the Chief Secretary of Odisha, obtained In June, 2010. Numerous clearances/ NOC s obtained from various departments, government of Odisha.
DPR prepared by LNT S&L, Kolkata.
Water: Ground Water usage. Detailed Hydro geological study conducted within a radius of 10 km around proposed plant site and sufficient ground water identified. Applied to Ground water authority, obtained permission from Ground Water Authority, Bhubaneswar. Final approval from Central Ground Water Authority, New Delhi. Rain Harvesting measures to be in place as per government norms.
Proposed technical details: CFBC boiler with Air cooled condenser (ACC).
Techno-feasibility report and Pre- FEED studies prepared by LNT-S&L.
The company is currently preparing technical specifications and will be floating tenders for EPC Contractors in October, 2014.
The company proposes to use reputed Indian OEMs. This is to ensure better efficiency and after sales during the operation and maintenance phase of the plant.
Land Acquisition: Private land acquired, Government land will be alienated in about 1month’s period. Complete payment made to IDCO for alienation of government land.Complete Private land in name of Directors of company. Total 87 acres (57 acres government land, 31 acres private land).
 Environmental Clearance: Public Hearing conducted January 10th, 2014 successfully, final meeting for Environment Clearance (EC) conducted by SEAII, Odisha on July 10th 2014. Ïn-principal”agreement obtained at meeting. Final EC copy expected within 1 month’s time.
Power evacuation: 132 Kv Substation located about 6.5 kms from project site at Chatrapur. Load flow studies have been performed by OPTCL and bay space reserved and right to evacuate also given by OPTCL.

       There is a proposal by PGCIL to lay a 400 KV line from Talcher (Eastern Grid) to Srikakulam (Southern grid).

Appointed DCPL, Kolkata as owners Engineer and currently preparing EPC Bid documents, which are to be finalised in 4 to 6weeks’ time period.

Power Purchase Agreement: In discussion with PTC and TATA power and various discoms and private consumers.
